1. Cold-Shield Packaging Protocol
Ceremonial matcha is sensitive to heat degradation. Exposure to ambient temperatures above 30°C in tropical transit accelerates catechins turning bitter. Therefore, all our matcha orders are packed in:
- Triple-layer multi-barrier insulated silver bubble sleeves.
- Food-grade reusable frozen non-toxic gel refrigerant packs.
- Shock-absorbent biodegradable kraft outer cartons for ceramic items.

4. Order Tracking & Real-Time Dispatch
Once your order is verified and dispatched from our Senopati atelier, an automated tracking airway bill (AWB) number and WhatsApp dispatch notification will be transmitted to your registered contact.
5. Unpacking Instructions Upon Arrival
Upon receiving your delivery package, please place unopened matcha cans directly into your refrigerator (4°C – 8°C). When you are ready to prepare tea, allow the tin to sit at room temperature for 15 minutes before unsealing to avoid ambient moisture condensation onto the micro-powder.
