By accessing this website or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Pricing and Currency

All prices listed on this website are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) and include applicable national taxes unless expressly specified otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices for rare seasonal tea harvests due to micro-batch yields and international exchange fluctuations.

3. Order Acceptance and Availability

Because our ceremonial single-estate matcha and charcoal-roasted hojicha are produced in limited micro-lots, item availability is subject to physical inventory in our Jakarta cold storage. In the improbable case that an ordered product is out of stock, our concierge team will notify you immediately to offer an alternative harvest or a full prompt refund.

4. Disclaimer Regarding Botanical Characteristics

Matcha and herbal teas are natural agricultural commodities. Slight variations in liquor color, aromatic fragrance, and umami sweetness are natural across different seasonal harvests, terroir elevations, and weather patterns. Our botanical products are offered to support daily mindfulness and enjoyment; they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All brand names, photography, copy, illustrations, and digital assets published on this website are the intellectual property of PT Zen Botanica Nusantara. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited under Indonesian copyright laws.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be resolved amicably through good-faith deliberation, and failing which, submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court of South Jakarta (Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Selatan).
